Tri-Technic, Inc. was established in 1982, by Dennis Ledbetter, Cleatus Ledbetter, and John Walsh.  The three of them had an entrepreneurial vision of starting an enterprise that would be exceptional in every area of endeavor. Dennis’ experience in the electrical field was the foundation for a long history of providing exceptional High-Voltage Utility and Heavy Industrial electrical construction in the California market. As the business has continued to grow, more exceptional people have joined in our pursuit to provide superior electrical services throughout our working regions. Over the years, John Walsh has passed away and Cleatus Ledbetter has since retired, however, Dennis, as current president, is determined to build and sustain the Tri-Technic legacy well beyond his future retirement. Chris Payne has joined the Tri-Technic team to serve as Sr. Vice President, to develop new and strengthen existing business alliances and relationships and to improve operational effectiveness to better meet the growing demand and opportunities in the Electrical Industry.

Tri-Technic is licensed in numerous states and has performed work in many states including California Texas, Utah, Wyoming, South Dakota, and others. Tri-Technic is positioned well to provide government agencies, utility companies, Industrial clientele and municipalities the very best quality, safety and service available in the Electrical Industry.
