Manufacturing and Processing
This is a very broad and diverse field and Tri-Technic’s participation has been primarily focused in the areas of aggregate quarrying and processing; concrete and asphalt plants; lumber and wood products; and similar facilities. In these industry segments, Tri-Technic has a successfully completed numerous high quality, on-time, safe, and cost effective projects.
Oil and Gas
The Oil and Gas Industry is a highly volatile, complex, and challenging environment that continues to evolve and change, upgrade and expand. Tri-Technic’s years of experience in heavy industrial construction allows our customers to be at ease and confident in our ability to successfully deliver projects on time, under budget, and safely. We provide detailed feedback on specific performance measurements that pinpoint areas of success or where we need to focus our attention. All of these factors combine to provide our customers with reliable, cost effective, and efficiently run projects.
Mining and Mineral Processing
Tri-Technic’s mining projects have been primarily focused on gold and other precious metals, but have also included asbestos mining. We have completed numerous projects in this market, from primary and transmission level power services for new mines to site environmental and security monitoring systems; instrumentation systems; tailings dam under-drain systems; ore processing, from primary crushing down to rod and ball mills; chemical, slurry, floatation, and related processes; heap-leach irrigation and collection systems; underground mine, life safety and support systems; ventilation, lighting, and dewatering; and numerous similar projects.
Water and Wastewater Treatment and Conveyance
The water and wastewater industry is ubiquitous throughout the United States. Tri-Technic has a long history of successful projects. We have completed upgrade/expansion projects at some of the most prominent and progressive plants in the United States, including the Carson Wastewater Plant, City of Los Angeles, which was the largest in the world at the time and now is second only to a plant in Singapore. Other projects include the R. A. Skinner Filtration Plant, owned by the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California which is currently the third largest water treatment plant in the world. Our completed projects also include pumping plants with up to 12,000hp pumping capacity. Tri-Technic’s know-how allows us to function and succeed in this industrial segment with our primary focus on electrical, controls, instrumentation, mechanical and piping, civil, structural, and related works.
