Flagstaff, Arizona, June 2012:  Breaker Addition for Wapa. WAPA awards Tri-Technic  Stage-04 345KV breaker addition project in Flagstaff, Arizona. This breaker addition and upgrade at the Flagstaff Substation entails work with all civil, electrical and mechanical crafts. The project is expected to start in July , 2012 and complete in August 2014.
